Chef Amaury's Wine Share Dinner

Chef Amaury Rosado partners with local produce farms Sol Garden (Yorkville) and Lamb of God (Big Rock) for a wine share dinner 6:30 p.m. July 31 at Chef Amaury's Epicurean Affair, 33 W. New York, Aurora. Guests bring their own Australian or New Zealand wine (no corkage fee) to share. The menu includes roast beets and turnips, fresh cucumber and beet greens with a cucumber lime and roast beet orange balsamic reduction; roast sweet corn soup and and sea scallop with chive oil; Gulf red grouper with saffron pineapple puree, macadamia nut butter Swiss chard, sauteed kohlrabi, copra onions, zucchini and tomatoes; New York strip steak, new potatoes, yellow wax beans, herbed butter and choice of dessert; $65. http://www.chefamaury.com
