Sola's California "Cool" Menu

It's hot. It's July and it's National Ice Cream Month. Cool down with Sola's, 3868 N. Lincoln, three-course, prix-fixe, ice cream-inspired menu. Courses are octopus with sweet soy wasabi sorbet, ginger wakame seaweed, wagyu hangar steak with fried blue cheese ice cream, roasted fingerlings slices, Chinese broccoli with port demi glaze and a dessert course featuring a vanilla miso and cherry goat cheese ice cream flight; $30 (all pictured).
